i always trust recommendations from friends. i stayed here a few nights ago and it was super clean. the location was very convenient, close to many attractions. breakfast was lovely with different cereals, toast and a full english (i had four coffees!).
i found the room a bit too small for a family, especially the bathroom. the toilet seemed not cleaned properly, which i hope can be addressed. this could be a problem .

I found the staff very cute (especially Graham). Breakfast included a good selection of cereals. The full english breakfast was also a great option. I had a clean room with comfortable beds.
The water pressure in the shower was somewhat low.
